Last Thursday we held out first ever open-mic/ art show, and our sign-up sheet filled up in about 10 minutes! There were so many amazing performances by both our students and other youth from the neighborhood. We were privileged to hear everything from Regina Spektor, to Christmas carols to original compositions. The kids’ art all looked amazing as always, including photography, paintings on canvas, and the masks they fashioned are so unique and reflective of their personalities. We appreciate everyone who came out in support of the event. You made it a great success and we will certainly let you know when we will hold another one!
