In light of recent increased criminal activity in Bird Rock, Prodigy School is offering a weekend workshop for women to learn how to better protect themselves and feel safe and confident in their neighborhood.
Led by instructor and international martial arts master John Duczakowski, this workshop will teach you simple, yet highly effective techniques to deter assailants. Some topics will include angles of attack, disarms, blocks, weapons training, and joint manipulation. Prepare for car-jackings, home invasions and assaults.
This workshop is also appropriate for men or teenagers who may wish to attend.
